  11.     I just bought a CD-ROM drive for my A1200 w/squirrel interface.  
  12. I have been trying to play CDXL animations, but get only garbled sound (I 
  13. can make words out) and just junk on the screen.  I have an NTSC A1200 
  14. with 7 megs of RAM, squirrel interface, Chinon single speed CD-ROM (hey I 
  15. got it cheap) and OS 3.0.  I have tried cdgsxl and Multiview using the 
  16. cdxl datatype, and get the same result with both.  The CDXL's I have 
  17. tried are on CD32 Gamer disk #13 and are for the Insight Dinosaur 
  18. multimedia package that is demoed on it.  I have run snoopdos and 
  19. everything seems to open fine.  While I am at it, I boot my system in PAL 
  20. and everything seems ok until the menu screens come up, then I can't see 
  21. the bottom of the screen - even though I am still in pal mode.  I really 
  22. never have any trouble with running PAL stuff - I am kind of baffled.  
  23. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
